Foster Grandparent Program Coordinator
The Foster Grandparent Program Coordinator works independently 40 hours per week under the supervision of the Seniors Council Foster Grandparent/Senior Companion Program Director. The Position requires bi-lingual Spanish speaking, reading, and writing fluency. The Program Coordinator recruits, screens, trains, and places Foster Grandparent applicants at volunteer work sites in pre and elementary schools. The coordinator works in collaboration with other Program staff and stakeholders to ensure a positive volunteer experience as well as a successful placement at the various volunteer work sites.
Salary: $21.50 - $22.57 per hour, depending on experience (additional $1.00 per hour differential for those bilingual in English/Spanish).
